Solution Overview:
If you have forgotten your password:
Step 1: On the log-in page, enter your email address and then click ‘Next’
Step 2: Click ‘Forgot your password?’
Step 3: Click ‘Continue’ and a reset password email will be sent to your account
If you know your password but would like to change it:
Step 1: Enter your Settings when logged into your account
Step 2: In ‘Profile’, click on ‘Change password’
Step 3: Enter your current password and then your new password

If you have forgotten your password:
1. On the log-in page, enter your email address and click ‘Next’. You will then see the option to click ‘Forgot your password?’. Click on this button.
2. Click ‘Continue’ to receive a reset password email.
3. After resetting your password in the link sent to your email, you will be able to sign in to your account with your new password.
If you know your password but would like to change it:
1. Enter the ‘Settings’ section of your account in the top right corner.
2. In ‘Profile’, click on ‘Change password.’
3. You will then be asked to enter your current password and create a new one.
