Solution Overview:
Step 1: Your account has been blocked due to too many incorrect password attempts
Step 2: Click ‘Unblock your account’
Step 3: You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
Step 4: Open the link and enter your new password
Step 5: You will then be able to log in with your email address and your new password

Tactical Rundown:
1. When logging into TransferRoom, you have 5 attempts to enter the correct password for your account.
2. If you enter your password incorrectly five times, your account will be locked.
3. Click on ‘Unblock your account’ to receive a reset password email to your inbox.
4. The email will look like this:
5. Click ‘here’ to open the reset password page and enter your new password.
6. Your account is now unlocked and you can sign in with your new password.
