Solution Overview:
Step 1: It is possible to change your player’s credit type in the credit swap windows during the months of May and November of each year, depending on the number of credits you have available.
Step 2: To downgrade a Priority player, go to Players and under Actions select Downgrade Player.
Step 3: To swap a Priority player for a Non-Priority player, select Swap Out Player. You will then be able to select the player you would like to take the Priority credit before confirming the swap.
Step 4: To upgrade a Non-Priority player, select Upgrade Player under Actions (this is only possible if you have Priority credits remaining).

1. The credit swap windows are currently in May and November, where you will be able to swap out any used credits for other players in your portfolio.
2. To downgrade one of your current Priority players to a Non-Priority player, click on the three dots under Actions next to the player’s name. By clicking ‘Downgrade player’, you will see this message, which will allow you to downgrade your player.
3. Alternatively, you will have the option to directly swap out the Priority player for a Non-Priority player, who will take the Priority credit. To do this, click on ‘Swap Out Player’ under Actions.
4. You can then select the player who you would like to become a Priority, and confirm the swap.
5. You can also directly upgrade a Non-Priority player if you have Priority credits remaining. To do this, click the three dots under Actions next to the player you would like to upgrade, and then click Upgrade Player.
APP
1. Go to Players and click Show Actions on the player you would like to downgrade or swap out. Click Swap Out Player or Downgrade Player.
2. If you would like to downgrade the player, click Downgrade.
3. If you would like to swap out the player for another player you have verified, select the player you would like to make a Priority and then confirm your choice.
4. If you have Priority credits remaining, you will also be able to upgrade a Non-Priority player directly by clicking Upgrade Player under Actions.
