Solution Overview:
Step 1: On the Homepage, navigate to ‘Players’ and then click ‘Add players’
Step 2: Type the name of the player you would like to verify into the box
Step 3: When the player appears in the list, click ‘Add player’ and then ‘Continue’ in the bottom right of the page
Step 4: On the following page, tick the box next to the player’s name. Then, you can tick if the player is a Priority player and whether you would like share insights with them.
Step 5: Enter the player’s phone number and click ‘Send verification request’ at the bottom of the page.
Tactical Rundown:
1. On the Homepage, navigate to ‘Players’ and then click ‘Add players’.
2. Type in the player’s name and click Add player, then Continue. If the player does not appear, click Contact us and submit the form with all of the player’s information. This will submit a ticket to Customer Support to add the player to the platform.
3. Tick the player and tick/untick depending on if you would like the player to be a Priority and if you would like to share insights with the player. You must have enough credits remaining to add the player.
4. You can then send the verification request at the bottom of the page.
