Find out the rules around messaging on StaffRoom.

StaffRoom Club users
Tactical Rundown:
- Only StaffRoom club users can start new conversations on StaffRoom. Industry professionals are not able to initiate conversations, but they can receive new messages from clubs.
- You must be a Master User to message Industry Professionals, or your have your permissions set by your Master User to allow you to message new Industry Professionals.
- A maximum of 5 new messages per month is allowed.
To give permissions to other users to start messaging, Master Users can go to Users in Settings, click the pen icon next to the user they would like to give permission to, and click ‘Message staff directly’.
