For clubs:
CoachFinder gives clubs access to comprehensive analytics on a global pool of over 6,000 potential Head Coaches. Clubs can easily identify relevant candidates matching their requirements and make data-driven decisions to minimise the risk of getting it wrong. As it’s easy to maintain a strong shortlist with CoachFinder, clubs can be prepared for every situation. Once candidates have been identified, clubs can contact their Trusted Agent directly to see if the Coach would be interested in moving to their club.
For agents:
As a Trusted Agent on TransferRoom, agents can verify all of their Head Coaches to appear on their profile, showing our global network of over 750 clubs that they are the Coach’s legitimate agent and get inbound enquiries directly from clubs.
Agents receive recommendations of clubs that are the most suitable to their Head Coach, then can Plus Pitch the Head Coach directly to the decision makers at those recommended clubs to increase chances of success. Or they can select 20 clubs of their choice and send them a Plus Pitch in an instant.
Plus Pitches are personalised with Head Coach profiles, showing extensive data as to why an agent's client would be suited to a club.
