PlayerMarket allows agents and players to communicate directly with each other on TransferRoom, giving Trusted Agents the ability to find out in real time which players are looking for representation and what their career goals are. Agents can either directly reach out to these players themselves or receive interest from players who are interested in being represented by them. Using their profiles and track records to stand out to players looking for representation, agents can grow their portfolio through PlayerMarket and continue to grow as an agency.
Tactical Rundown:
1. Go to the Search section and click the filter ‘Grow your agency - Players looking for agent’.
2. You will now see all of the players available to you. If they appear it means that they have either selected your market as their preferred market, or they have not chosen a preference and are open to all markets. You can add additional filters to search the players, including their position, league, nationality and contract expiry date.
3. Click ‘Contact player’ to send them your interest in discussing representation. If the player responds, you will be able to speak to them in your Messages.
