Why have I been logged out of my account?

Find out why you have been logged out of your TransferRoom account.

TransferRoom operates strict security rules to protect our customers’ accounts and information. Therefore, it is not possible to have multiple logins at the same time on the same account. This applies to situations where you might be logged in on one device at home and then try to log in to a different device at the office or training ground.

Logged out

We enforce this policy to prevent the sharing of TransferRoom logins, which is strictly prohibited and is a breach of our terms of service. Therefore, it is always recommended to log out of your device when you have finished using the platform in order for you to be able to use a different device without any issues. Logged-in sessions typically expire after 30 days so you may be asked to log in again after this time period.
